Talking Party invite block

Have you ever been in Heroes Ascent or anywhere for that matter and had a pug spamming for a certain prof when out of no where someone tries to get in as something else?

Ex:

GLF r7/8+ RC monk to go

then someone tries to get in

Name: W/Mo 19

*kick*

*re-invite*

*kick*

As you can see, it gets quite annoying. Eventually he will stop but you can make him stop. If there was a party invite blocker so that he can't add you.

So what you guys think?

just ignore the invitation? Don't push reject and let it be there.

Like Patrick said...
As bothersome as it gets, leaving them hanging will run them out faster.

Yeah, but if you leave 'em hanging, invariably you get PMs or Local action like this:

Generic Wammo: let me in plz
Generic Wammo: plz
Generic Wammo: let me in
Generic Wammo: ???????????????
Generic Wammo begs.
Generic Wammo says, "Pick me!"
Generic Wammo plays the violin sadly.

And so on.

I tend to just keep rejecting, and if they try to invite themselves more than three times, I make it clear to them that I don't intend to invite them. I haven't had anyone fail to get the hint yet.

/dunno

My local channel is -always- disabled. Same for the trading channel and emotes channels.

As a monk, i use frequently temporarily the ignore list because of so many W/M spamming me in PM. It is not every W/M are stupids (i sometime play it with my W), but that is the most used class by children. Everybody as been a child ... so you know how their behaviour .
Frequent message send on the local chan : " Sorry pals, i decided to play monk only with my guild/alliance long time ago".
Those who plays monk too will understand .

Yup. Every one says I'm a great monk but I absolutely detest being a monk as of late. Joining random groups and monking idiots, trying to keep frenzy warriors alive as they storm through lava to get to a troll the opposite way of the party's destination... It's why I've decided to never monk for any one but myself or my guild. Maybe PVP if I ever decide to play it, since it's a class I'm comfortable with.

But one thing that annoys me though. As a monk, all you can do is keep a party alive and try to rally your pathetic team to attack the same monster. As an elementalist, you can destroy the same monster alone. So yeah. Those that are experienced monks will fully understand why you only monk for your guild or friends.
